1. High-purity graphite molds are more susceptible to moisture, and the products will become soft after being damp, and some impact objects will be deformed when hit, and once water enters the high-purity graphite molds, it will affect the inside. The raw materials in full bloom will cause the dilution of the raw materials, and some chemical reactions will further affect its quality problems, so waterproof measures must be done well.
2. Although the high-purity graphite mold is very good in quality and not easy to be damaged, it must be handled with care. Dropping or bumping from a high altitude will not have a big impact on the quality of the graphite crucible, but it will continue to do so for a long time. The phenomenon of cracks, there is no way to remedy this situation, and it can only be replaced.
3. Do not heat the high-purity graphite mold on an open flame. Because its thermal conductivity is not particularly sufficient, it is meaningless to heat it on top, and it is unsightly if it is smoked and grilled or scorched underneath it.
