Some graphite products need to be on rotating equipment, which requires super wear resistance, because high-purity graphite will produce dust in the process of repeated friction, so it needs high wear resistance. In fact, pure graphite products themselves are not too wear-resistant, ultra-wear-resistant graphite products are impregnated with graphite, impregnated graphite can be impregnated with different substances according to the needs of different products, commonly used resin impregnated graphite, antimony impregnated graphite, copper impregnated graphite and so on have strong wear resistance, such as impregnated epoxy resin graphite has wear resistance and lubrication characteristics.

The resin impregnated graphite rod is not only wear-resistant, but also lubricated, and the resin impregnated graphite rod can be processed into a variety of lubricating and wear-resistant graphite products, and the processed graphite products are very smooth, and the mirror effect can be achieved in the case of polishing.

Graphite itself is a solid lubricant, but not all graphite is lubricated. At present, most of the graphite used for oil-free self-bearing is carbon arc planer. In fact, the lubrication performance of the carbon arc gouger rod is not very good, just because of the use of graphite materials. Graphite lubrication depends on its scale, the larger the scale. The better the lubrication effect, the better the lubrication effect, so oil-free bearings and self-lubricating copper guide products can wear well.
