Graphite rolling molding process Graphite rolling molding method: The key is to suppress the graphite plate or paper foil, which is divided into two kinds of single-sided tablet continuous rolling and double-layer tablet continuous rolling.

1, single-side tablet computer continuous rolling method

This type of rolling process inhibits the formation of soft graphite into plates without any adhesive. The whole process is carried out on professional equipment equipped with rollers.

The rolling mechanism consists of :(1) graphite silo (2) vibration feeding device (3) conveyor belt (4) four working pressure rollers (5) a pair of thin and thick rollers of electric heater (6) control board (7) grain or pattern design roller (8) and finished roll (9) tool (10)

The whole working process: the high-purity graphite enters the feeding equipment from the bunker and falls on the conveyor belt. After the working roller rolling, a certain thin and thick material layer is produced. The heating device is heated at high temperatures to remove the residual steam in the feed layer and allow the unaerated graphite to rise one last time. Then the basically formed reverse material is fed into the roller with thin and thick specifications, and pressed again according to the specified specifications, which is convenient to obtain the whole plate with thin and thick symmetry and a certain relative density. Finally, after laser cutting with a cutting knife, the finished barrel is rolled up.

2, single-side tablet computer rolling method

When rolling a single-sided tablet, although the pin is smooth and smooth, it should not be too thick. When the shape is too thick, its symmetry and relative density cannot be guaranteed. In order to make the thick steel plate better, the double plate is stacked and rolled into a double sandwich plate. Each double layer must have an adhesive in the middle and then be rolled into shape. The adhesive should be heated and carbonized after forming. The double-layer tablet computer rolling process is carried out on the double-layer continuous rolling machine.

The whole process of the double-layer continuous rolling machine: the double-layer plate is extracted from the double-layer winding rod, and the adhesive is coated on the double-sided soil through the bonding coating roller. The winding roller is matched with the double-layer plate to become a three-thick steel plate, and the gap of the winding roller is rolled into a certain thickness. It is then sent to an electric heater to dry. According to the thickness of the control roller, adjust the thickness to the required specification, and then send to the training equipment for training. After carbonizing, the adhesive is finally pressed into shape with a filling roller.

The commonly used continuous rolling grade can inhibit the thin soft graphite plate of 0.6~2mm, which is better than the single-sided rolling machine, but the thickness of the plate will also produce the defect of layer separation, which will bring inconvenience to the application. The reason is that during the retarding process, the steam effluent remains in the middle of the spacer, so that the solid layers cannot be tightly fused. The improvement is to deal with the exhaust pipe problem throughout the pressing process.
