Graphite mold according to its use and process can be divided into the following categories:
Casting mold: Used for metal and alloy casting, including continuous casting mold, die casting mold, centrifugal casting mold, isostatic pressure casting mold, etc.
Sintering mold: used for sintering of powder metallurgy products, including sintering furnace crystallizer, sintering mold, sintering furnace lining plate, etc.
Hot pressing die: used for the molding of hot pressing products, including hot pressing furnace die, hot pressing die, etc.
Electronic packaging mold: used for the packaging of electronic components, including chip packaging mold, ceramic packaging mold, etc.
