Graphite Hot Pressing Dies Mold is used in the pressure sintering of cemented carbide. The product has the following characteristics: first, if the pressing temperature is increased to 1350-1450 ℃, the required unit pressure can be reduced to 67-100 kg·f/cm2. Second, the pressing and heating are carried out in the same process, and the dense sinter can be obtained after short time sintering. This graphite hot pressing dies is widely used in cemented carbide, functional ceramics, powder metallurgy, etc. for hot pressing and sintering under high temperature and high vacuum conditions. It can also be hot pressed and sintered under inflatable protection.
